Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supports marketing launch strategy by executing & implementing appropriate internal business processes related to the design and sales of service contracts (processes cross marketing, sales, service operations and finance).
  • Analyzes business processes by gathering information, analyzing requirements, and defining and documenting problems related to Service Sales processes.
  • Develops corrective actions for driving long-term improvements in systems design and processes.
  • Provides guidance and training to team members on the implementation of short and long-term process improvements in daily operations
  • Optimize and drive the adoption of our key systems, tools and processes in order to optimize key business decisions
  • Serve as the key communication between upstream marketing and downstream system set up
  • Be knowledgeable in systems and provide recommendations for how to structure contracts within our systems
  • Coordinate data set up and system functionality across various systems (GSMS, SAP, Quoting Tools)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sales effectiveness and business processes
  • Ability to coordinate, facilitate & validate data across various systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Experience including: SAP, SalesForce, ServiceMax, Tableau
  • Business Process Improvement Experience

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
