A SeniorExecutive Market Aligned Recruiter (Principal Researcher) - Engineering in GETAenables and drives our approach to hire critical leadership roles and deepens our knowledge of the competitive landscape for the best talent in the market via both market research and engagement. This role, targeting, andexecutive talentour strategic programssuch asTalent Scoutingand SuccessionThis will allow usto deepenour talent and market insights for the prioritized succession risks andknowledge of the competitive landscape for the best talent in the market. This individual is well-connected into the external ecosystem and comfortable driving and owning the externaland engagementstrategies to target and assess top executive talent for today and tomorrow.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+years experiencein directly sourcing, mapping, or recruiting research of executive level talent in Engineering organizations for a global organization.
    • OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
    • OR Master's Degree AND 8+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft productivity tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and/or recruiting CRM systems.
  • Robust knowledge of competitive landscape in theUS. Global marketknowledge is a plus
  • Aptitude for process/systems management, interpersonal, organizational, written, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Effective communication skills and relationship management capabilities.
  • Expertisein the following areas: Strategic Insight, Influencing for Impact, Judgment, Cross Boundary Collaboration, Negotiation, and Systems Thinking
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and candidate tracking systemsisrequired
