Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years executive talent acquisition experience includingsourcing, mapping and recruiting research of executive-level talents.
    • ORBachelor's DegreeAND5+ years executive talent acquisition experience includingsourcing, mapping and recruiting research of executive-level talents.
  • Demonstrable experience in engaging with Engineering Leadership/Executive-level talents and possessing technical understanding in the domains of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Security, AI, etc.
  • Exceptional communications skills and relationship management capabilities.
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and candidate tracking systemsis required.


Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferably 10+ years executive talent acquisition experience (e.g.sourcing, mapping, recruiting research of executive-level talents).
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft productivity tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and/or recruiting CRM systems.
  • Robust knowledge of competitive landscape in theUS. Global marketknowledge is a strong plus.
  • Adept in systems thinking, strategic insights, cross-border collaboration, influencing for impact, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
  • You will lead the implementation of a short- and long-term proactive sourcing, deep exec level talent research, and engagement plan for complex organizations, areas, or talent pools.
  • You will closely partner with executives, HR, and your colleagues to determine the current and future executive Talent Acquisition including talent priorities for Succession Management and Talent Scouting Programs.
  • You will leveragedeepunderstanding oftalentmarket and candidate profiles to identify candidates for talent pools and role-based succession.
  • are responsible forproviding quality external talent maps,buildingandmaintainingcompete strategies, and providing education on market realitiesfor your aligned space.
  • You will create a thorough view of talent that enables swift action during executive leadership transitions and helps reduce risk of disruption to the business after departures or talent movement.
  • You willmaintaindocumentation oncandidates’qualifications and status in theappropriateapplicanttracking system, within compliance guidelines.
