Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+years experiencein directly sourcing, mapping, or recruiting research of executive level talent in Sales & Marketing organizations for a global organization.
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
- OR Master's Degree AND 8+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft productivity tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and/or recruiting CRM systems.
- Robust knowledge of dynamic landscape in theUS. Global marketknowledge is a plus
- Aptitude for process/systems management, interpersonal, organizational, written, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Effective communication skills and relationship management capabilities.
- Expertisein the following areas: Strategic Insight, Influencing for Impact, Judgment, Cross Boundary Collaboration, Negotiation, and Systems Thinking
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and candidate tracking systemsisrequired
