Job Description
As the Franchise Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Maximizing the market and sales potential for the Oncology Franchise
- Developing and executing stakeholder-focused, integrated Brand plans
- Guiding and engaging a team of marketeers and Key Account Specialists to deliver on the business strategy
- Forming and leading an agile team in the specific franchise
- Leading the development of Agile, Digital & Data-driven capabilities in the respective franchise
- Analyzing the local market and identifying commercial opportunities based on market research and customer insights
- Participating at regional brand meetings and translating the global product strategy into local priorities and integrated business plans
- Implementing and tracking (digital) campaigns, initiatives, and materials directed at different internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating field visits with the sales team to coach and collect feedback on current programs and gain customer insights
- Forecasting and tracking product sales and expenses in alignment with the BU and finance department based on local external and global internal assumptions
- Allocating resources and managing budgets, tracking progress, and adjusting activities accordingly
- Ensuring alignment with the Integrated Brand and Customer Plan between various stakeholder-departments
- Coaching and guiding the Brand & Customer Manager reporting to the franchise lead to ensure successful implementation of projects/activities
- Leading and inspiring the sales team to ensure high individual and team performance and personal development
- Fostering the adoption of digital tools and tactics, ensuring an adequately staffed sales team with motivated and qualified employees
Qualifications:
- University degree in bioscience or business/MBA or PhD preferred. Advanced degree in bioscience, medicine, business, and/or economics
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management position within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with solid sales management and marketing experience
- Strong scientific background or acquired skills in Oncology
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English
- Demonstrate ethics and integrity
- Ability to drive results and focus on customers and patients
- Capability to make rapid disciplined decisions
- Act with courage and candor
- Build talent and foster collaboration within the scientific community
- Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to pioneer new ways of working, such as Agile, Digital, and Data-driven solutions
