Sr. Stock AnalystDescription
a highly skilled Senior Stock Analyst with specialized experience in processing payroll(Restricted Stock Units), ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan), and other stock-related transactionsdomestic and international.This position will take the lead in ensuring data integrity, developing reports and analytics, testing system updates, and analyzing data flows for process improvements.
Responsibilities
accuratereporting of all stock vesting and correct discrepancies as needed.
Ensure thetimelyandaccurateprocess of periodic stock transactions using ADP GlobalView.
Develop various Payroll / Stock reports andmaintainaccuracy of the RSU and ESPP Recording
Analyze and resolve employee inquiries andtroubleshootissues affecting RSUsand ESPP recordings and taxes associated with Stock.
Develop, document, and revise system procedures and test procedures, ensuring compliance with established SOX controls.
Managemultiple items concurrently while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
Partner withglobalpayroll team for several global payroll net pay and statutory tax funding.
Organize and direct year-end payroll tasks includingW2Cs and 1099’s.
Knowledge of ShadowPayroll gross to netprocessing.
Recording of relocation expenses.
Cross train with Tax Analyst and serve as a backup.
Assistthe payroll team with payroll processingasneeded.

Qualifications
.
5+ years’ experience with multi-state payroll processing.
Experience with payrollimplementation/transitionpreferred.
FPC or CPPcertification.
Advancedknowledge of industry practices and complete understanding of payroll principles, taxes, concepts, and practices including compliance with state and federal laws (FLSA, etc.)
Experience processing multi-state payrolls with RSUsand ESPP.
Demonstrate solid understanding of key terminology and performance indicators in the global equity and mobility tax field.
Ability to work independently with limited guidance from leadership to resolve challenging global equity and mobility tax situations.
Advanced knowledge of payroll processes using ADP GlobalViewor similar large payroll engine.
Advance knowledge ofMS Excelincluding pivot tables, VLOOKUP,macros,etc.
Working knowledge and experienceofPayrollTaxes.
Proficient in creating reports and automation of reporting.
Proven ability to obtain results quickly whilemaintaininga high levelof accuracyandconfidentiality.
Understanding of segregation of duties and internal audit requirements.
Strong troubleshootingandproblem solving, analytical, and technical abilities.
Strong research and writing skills.
Keen interpersonaland communicationskills, great customer service, including collaboration with other departments.
