What You Will Do:
  • Prepare and process equity transactions, such as new equity awards, exercises, releases, and ESPP
  • Ensure appropriate tax withholding and reporting to global payroll
  • Support the ESPP program, including education, timing and communications.
  • Assist with the preparation and reporting of tax disclosures and reports for US and global equity transactions in accordance with each country’s filing requirements and timing.
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of data managed in EEO.
  • First point of contact for employees for questions or requests pertaining to global equity programs, equity transactions and other-related activities
  • Ensure timely reconciliation and reporting of data on a monthly, quarterly and year-end close basis between Stock Administration, Accounting, HR, Legal, Payroll, our transfer agent and broker.
  • Ensure the equity team maintains appropriate records and support for compliance, including external and internal audit requests and SOX compliance.
  • Administer the company’s quarterly Trading Window and support the Legal team by providing equity details for the preparation of Section 16 SEC filings and the annual Proxy Statement.
  • Provide support for other departmental activities or special projects as needed.
What You Bring Along:
  • 4+ years in stock administration in a global environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of education and experience. CEP strongly preferred.
  • A proactive nature and a “can do” attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment with many new challenges. Highly proficient at managing and adjusting to varying demands and multiple deliverables and priorities; can pivot quickly when change occurs.
  • Strong attention to detail supported by solid analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience communicating and partnering with cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Able to be accountable for work and drive projects/tasks to completion timely.
  • Intermediate to advanced E*TRADE Equity edge Online, Excel and Google Workspace skills.
  • Experience automating daily tasks and/or experience with other related teams, such as Payroll, is a plus


Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.

These ranges representthe lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

The typical starting salary range for this role is:
$140,900 USD
$168,900 USD
