In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in managing working relationships with clients which already have existing accounts within Equipment Finance Account Management functional area
  • Contribute to development of new accounts and expanding existing account relationships
  • Exercise independent judgment in managing and enhancing working relationship with the existing clients and meet business objectives within Equipment Finance Account Management functional area
  • Independently manage assigned account relationships
  • Assist the Management teams in supporting customer requests for accounts and developing new accounts
  • Collaborate with existing internal and external customers to build a working relationship


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Finance Account Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior Equipment Finance Vendor experience
  • Prior Sales Experience
  • Strong experience resolving and working through escalated and complex customer issues
  • Extensive client relationship management experience
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of lease and loan products, pricing, credit underwriting, and documentation processes
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze financial metrics
  • Customer service focus with the ability to balance needs of clients, shareholders, and team members
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
