  • Provide deal-shaping, technical oversight, and commercial advisory during early phases of project mobilization and delivery handoff

Skills and attributes for success

  • Deep understanding of oilfield services, technologies, commercial models, digital platforms, and service delivery across the well lifecycle

  • Demonstrated ability to structure joint solutions and partner engagement strategies
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate value across technical and business stakeholder groups
  • Comfortable leading external client discussions, partner negotiations, and internal solution design sessions
  • Strong knowledge of upstream oil and gas domains: subsurface, drilling, completions, production operations, and associated digital technologies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new market-facing offerings and drive adoption across internal and external networks

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Proven success working across commercial strategy, solution development, and client engagement in the energy sector
  • Experience partnering with digital platforms or technology teams to shape client offerings
  • Familiarity with the digital product portfolios of key OFS players, including edge solutions, digital twins, well planning platforms, and production optimization suites

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience developing joint go-to-market approaches and navigating complex partner ecosystems
  • A network of senior relationships across OFS, operators, and energy technology providers
  • Strong understanding of MSA models, technical alliances, or co-innovation frameworks in oil and gas
  • Prior consulting experience or commercial strategy role in an energy technology or OFS firm
