This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend about half of your working time in office and half working virtually.
Job Responsibilities
Manage access changes for Branch & Cafe new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations, engaging with key partners to ensure a seamless process
Establish and maintain formal process documentation
Engage and collaborate with partner teams to best support the access needs of our frontline workers, specifically Cafe Ambassadors
Perform ongoing reviews to ensure access is well-managed
Manage access profiles for our Cafe ambassadors and Cafe Operations support teams
Partner with upstream and downstream stakeholders and other partners to support intent changes and make adjustments timely and in a well-managed way
Foster a culture of openness, collaboration and continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office or G-Suite
At least 1 year of experience in Process Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
BPM, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
1+ year of experience in Access Management
