• Develop growth strategies: Build and execute account plans, forecast opportunities, and drive expansion in key verticals.
• Build strong relationships: Position Uber Direct as the go-to last-mile delivery solution for enterprise partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with teams in operations, product, finance, legal, and compliance to enhance Uber Direct’s value proposition.

• 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, preferably in logistics, delivery, or last-mile services .
• A proven track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing enterprise deals .
• Strong ability to prioritize, strategize, and execute sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with contract negotiations and a focus on value-driven pricing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Autonomous and self-driven , with the ability to operate independently in an evolving business landscape.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English .
• Salesforce proficiency is a plus.
• Industry knowledge in on-demand/same-day delivery or API integration is a bonus but not required.
