About the Role
- Prospect into high-value accounts that are ideal targets for Uber Direct within our Restaurant and Retail portfolio
- Communicate the value of Uber Direct to Enterprise prospects and customers
- Develop territory/account plans to grow pipeline and break into whitespace accounts
- Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate end-to-end sales motion for Direct prospects, including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, and contract negotiation to close deals

- Value Proposition Design - Identify the unique selling propositions (USPs) of Uber Direct to distinguish our product/service in a highly competitive and commoditized market.
- Merchant Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy - Identifying key factors that can help secure deals and position us as a preferred partner. Collaborate with the merchant's internal stakeholders and allocate necessary resources to prioritize growth within their channel.

- Over 4 years of professional experience in fields such as start-ups, business development, strategy, supply chain, technology, and consulting
- Demonstrated sales and commercial acumen, with the ability to develop innovative commercial strategies and secure high-quality deals in highly competitive environments
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Strong analytical skills
