The Inbound Sales team is a dynamic and collaborative group that includes:
Key Projects you'll work on are:
1 . Lead Conversion Optimization:
\ * Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates from inbound leads.
\ * Utilize data analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the sales funnel.
2 Sales Training and Development:
\ * Create and deliver training programs for sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
\ * Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
3 . BPO Integration and Management:
\ * Oversee the performance of our BPO partners, ensuring they meet our standards and objectives.
\ * Streamline processes between internal and outsourced teams for seamless operations.
\ * Work with the IT and CRM teams to improve the functionality and user experience of our CRM system.
\ * Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
Basic Qualifications
Proven Sales Experience:A minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Analytical Skills:Strong ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies to improve performance and drive growth.
Industry Knowledge:In-depth understanding of the industry and market trends, with the ability to anticipate changes and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
