As the Strategic Programs Enablement Manager, you will act as a program manager and work across different functions (Sales, SE, CSM, etc.) on programs such as competitive intelligence, messaging, pricing, and partner enablement.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Spearhead the execution of Gong's most imperative GTM initiatives including overall program design, launch, reinforcement, and measurement strategies.
- Form cross-functional partnerships across GTM, fostering a collaborative environment to drive alignment and excellence in our most critical core programs
- Align with Field Enablement teams and Sales Leadership to identify and evaluate the various needs learners across multiple GTM roles, segments, and geographies and align those needs to the execution of our key initiatives
- Develop and manage processes required to deliver strategic, scalable enablement programs
- Drive a culture of performance excellence by aligning projects with tangible key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring measurable impact with sustained success.
- Develop robust and streamlined procedures to document, monitor, and convey program information, progress, and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years in GTM Enablement, Sales, Sales Engineering and/or Customer Success
- Demonstrated ability to execute global, scalable learning programs to increase sales performance and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Direct experience with Revenue Intelligence platforms such as Gong is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
