. In this role, you will develop and execute external enablement strategies that drive partner success and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, partner onboarding, channel sales, partner portals, and a proven track record of building successful enablement programs.
What You'll Do
- Partner Enablement Programs:
- Develop and implement scalable partner enablement programs that align with overall business objectives to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training strategies including product marketing, sales, and business development.
- Help drive New Business Meetings and net-new logos through enablement programs such as sales plays and partner PG campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Partner Experience:
- Build a seamless and ‘all-inclusive’ on-boarding experience for Wiz Partners.
- Develop a Partner Experience that is unique in the market and provides a competitive advantage to allow partners to truly be an extension of the Wiz Revenue Teams.
- Assist with launching a new Learning Management System for Wiz Partners.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine channel programs, incentives, and promotions that drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
- Measure the RAMP and success of Wiz Partners.
- Sales Enablement Resources:
- Provide support and resources to help partners effectively learn the Partner Program, and market products and solutions.
- Develop sales tools, playbooks, and collateral to support the Sales Team’s efforts.
- Support verticalization, different big bet programs, and build playbooks that align to the Wiz Sales Process.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of program coordinators focused on execution of enablement programs & events
- Support partner webinars and events.
- Assist Global Revenue Enablement team with content for Sales Kick Off, QBRs, and Halftime events.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner enablement, partner marketing, or related roles.
- Must have experience with Partner Portal, LMS, and CMS tools.
- Must have experience with interviewing, hiring, and building teams.
- Proven track record of building successful enablement tools and driving partner engagement and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of channel programs, dynamics, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
