Identification – work closely with sales and build relationships with customers, utilities, and regulators to understand biggest pain points on the road to 100% renewable energy
Solution design - work closely with product, engineering, and policy teams to design solutions, from new financing strategies, to policy proposals, to new tools and resources
Advocacy - convince key industry stakeholders (e.g. utilities, ISOs, policymakers, financers) to adopt Tesla’s view of the future
Develop and execute a comprehensive market expansion strategy for industrial energy storage solutions across APAC. Identify key market and prioritize entry based on market potential and regulatory environment
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, advanced degree preferred
6+ years in energy industry; 4+ years in energy storage
Excellent understanding of energy industry; deep knowledge of energy storage technology and value proposition
Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Experience presenting to external executive teams, ideally in a sales or BD role
Strong existing connections across the energy industry
