    • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record in similar roles.
  • Analytical abilities and experience with industry research
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a storytelling approach to marketing

Responsibilities
  • Drive the Microsoft Learn narrative, ensuring it aligns with our broader skilling objectives.
  • Develop and execute a thought leadership strategy that positions Microsoft as a leader in learning and development.
  • Lead storytelling efforts for skilling, showcasing impactful learner stories from individuals and organizations.
  • Develop an executive voice and communications strategy, determining the optimal moments to feature our executives across various publications and engagements.
  • Conduct industry research to inform our marketing strategies, incorporating relevant datapoints and claims.
  • Manage the announcement and disclosure rhythm for the team, coordinating with stakeholders for reviews and alignment.
  • Collaborate with PR and other internal stakeholders to drive, lead, and support major headlines and announcements related to Microsoft's skilling efforts.
