As a part of the, the Partner Development Manager (is responsible formanaging our largest global advisory and system integrationin Canada. Our aspiration is to grow revenue and build aour most strategic partners.This role will report directly into theGeneral Manager for partners.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 8+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Advisory and system intergrator expereince.

Partner Development Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $141,000 - CAD $212,000 per year.

Revenue Growth

Field Sales Teams

  • Partner with Channel Management & relevant field roles to deliver field execution ready Partner sales plays to deliver Microsoft wins and ACR impact

  • Measure and manage Partner’s success against metrics to maximize win-win results and strategic partner investments

Rhythm of the Business:

  • Disciplined Business Management: Responsible for contributing to monthly Business Reviews that provides a consistent and predictable Rhythm of the Business (ROB).
  • Drive Quarterly Business Review and other ROBs to track progress against goals and commitments; Collaborate for revenue and scorecard impact through evangelizing partner value to Microsoft stakeholders & customers
