Job Description

This market research position will be responsible for supporting the organization with brand, market and marketing insights through the management of quantitative market research programs, including the analysis and summarization of findings/insights.

The position will be responsible for the management and oversite of quantitative market research studies, including but not limited to:

  • Study design

  • Survey development

  • Analysis and interpretation of research data

  • Data visualization via dashboards and insights reporting

  • Management of third-party research vendors

This position will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure research insights are socialized and incorporated into brand and marketing decision making and will design/execute research ensuring U.S. Bank research standards and processes are followed.

Successful Candidates will have these preferred skills

  • Experience designing, executing and analyzing different research techniques (qualitative, quantitative, survey text analysis, driver analysis, etc.).

  • Curious and analytic, ability to connect dots and translate data to opportunities/actions

  • Able to identify and resolve research or data concerns

  • Comfort with ambiguity, and ability to prioritize work effectively

  • Able to work in fast paced environment on multiple projects-

  • Experience with Qualtrics platform or similar survey platform

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey data/insights in a compelling way that can be understood by team members without a research background

  • Microsoft office proficient

  • Past roles: market research supplier (C&R Ipsos; LRW, Maritz), research roles with an ad/marketing agency or corporate side market research or insights professional

Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Ten or more years of experience in marketing industry including the management of large and complex projects

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
