Position Highlights

  • Responsible for email and web content presentation and customer experience on multiple online platforms including front end development
  • Develop and/or manage processes to ensure emails and site content are built according to requestor requirements, brand standards and U.S. Bank policies.
  • Document required compliance information related to digital assets
  • Maintain security certificates and network related requests
  • Remain up-to-date on the latest best practices related to digital branding, software and bank policies
  • Build and schedule social posts in social media platform
  • Collaborate with multiple business lines, technology, marketing, compliance and subject matter experts to understand and support business needs/requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Adobe Marketo experience is required
  • Intermediate understanding of HTML
  • 3 years’ experience with Adobe Experience Manager (front-end)
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront, Khoros and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Understanding of information architecture, interactive design principles, web usability, online marketing and business needs
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to manage significant priorities that are subject to change
  • Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues of all levels across the company
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry a plus

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $102,340.00 - $120,400.00 - $132,440.00 Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
