What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute growth partnership strategies
- Identify strategic opportunities for Payoneer capabilities through a strong understanding of the market and customer's business needs, leveraging solutions across all product streams
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements
- Develop and nurture leads to increase partner awareness
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive partnership success
- Focus on developing new markets, verticals, and channels at a global scale
- Work with local partnership teams across our offices to deliver initiatives
- Work from ideation to execution, including developing proof of concepts to assess opportunities and create buy-in
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth marketing
- Proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in a high-growth environment
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects concurrently
- Strong network of contacts
- Can-do attitude, bold vision, resilience, and executive presence
Preferred:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry
- Familiarity with growth marketing strategies and tools

The annual base salary range for this position is: $210,000 - $240,000.
