This role is robust, global and requires someone who rolls up their sleeves and believes in accountability.

What you’ll do:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and own the global demand generation strategy to drive measurable pipeline growth and maximize ROI.
  • Align closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are tightly integrated with sales goals.
  • Champion collaboration between marketing and sales to optimize alignment, messaging, and campaign execution.

- Senior Director, Partner Marketing (team of 5)

  • Act as a "player-coach," mentoring the team to foster innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Drive cohesion and alignment within the team, ensuring the execution of global campaigns with regional relevance.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Leverage advanced analytics to assess performance, optimize strategies, and forecast results.

  • Implement robust metrics and KPIs to measure success and ensure accountability
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership on pipeline performance and growth opportunities.

Campaign Excellence:

Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage high-value accounts effectively

Collaboration and Alignment:

  • Build strong relationships with sales leaders across regions to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts.
  • Partner with the global marketing organization to align demand generation activities with brand, creative, and digital strategies.
  • Drive alignment with product marketing to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and reflects product value propositions.

Market Adaptability:

  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to refine and evolve demand generation strategies.
  • Ensure regional and vertical market nuances are considered in the execution of campaigns.

What we expect:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 7 years leading global demand generation teams in a SaaS or B2B technology company.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programs that deliver measurable revenue impact.

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and influencing skills to build trust and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Expertise in campaign management, ABM, and digital marketing.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel frequently to engage with teams, sales leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Domo)
