As our Vice President, Growth & Demand Generation, you will lead a talented growing function. You will be responsible for setting the growth strategy and overseeing the execution of demand-generation and customer campaigns and tactics to continue on our growth trajectory.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead a team of growth and campaign marketers focusing on segment and industry growth strategy & tactics. Demand gen, performance marketing, ABM, and customer campaigns are just some of the functions you will be responsible for.
- Own the pipeline number, working with the extended marketing team to define the growth plan, channel mix, data & analytics for Gong’s growth function to drive net new and expansion pipeline across all segments, across the entire customer lifecycle, and across industries.
- Scale and optimize n high-quality digital channels and multi-channel campaign execution including paid search, paid social, email marketing, and webinar programs.
- Build out a demand center of excellence to enable Gong’s business to scale to drive pipeline growth and support customer retention and expansion.
- Partner with the GTM Ops and Finance on the strategy needed for the business to hit its ambitious growth targets.
- Define and own KPIs for targets and tracking performance metrics on a daily or weekly basis and iterate quickly to optimize, proactively detect, and course correct immediately.
- Partner across functions within marketing to improve our marketing reach, efficiency, and drive outstanding customer experiences.
- Lead the strategy for executing data-driven integrated campaigns in partnership with other marketing teams to reach target audiences and in alignment with strategic market moments to extend reach.
- Identify and solve business problems with an inquisitive mindset, looking to question assumptions, and bringing creativity to drive business value.
- Have a strong goal and outcome orientation to marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS- 10-15+ years of marketing experience in B2B enterprise software (SaaS experience preferred) with a strong, demonstrable focus on pipeline growth and high-quality execution.
- Proven success in building, developing, and leading demand generation and growth teams.
- Experience at a company scaling to >$500M and ideally >1B in ARR.
- World class business acumen with a bias for data driven decision making and velocity of execution.
- A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.
