In this role, you will:
Manage and develop a Treasury Management Consulting team of individual contributors in roles with moderate complexity and risk
Hands on sales management of team, including attending joint client meetings, deal structuring, inspecting team data and effective sales coaching to performance.
Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Treasury Management Consulting functional area
Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Treasury Management Consulting team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including managers, as well as interact directly with external customers within Treasury Management Consulting functional area
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Treasury Management Consulting
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, direct and manage a sales/relationship management team of parallel size and scope
Excellent understanding of the Treasury Management process and associated market practices with the ability to think strategically about how to create business led solutions
Product knowledge of Treasury Management and liquidity solutions
Experience working with Emerging Middle Market clients (companies with revenue of $25MM to 100MM)
Strong sense of prioritization & ability to execute against deliverables. Able to take personal accountability for projects & issue resolution
Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology & other key stakeholders, and work effectively in a matrix organization
Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure decisions are well thought out and can be implemented
Analytic problem solver with excellent written and verbal communications skills
Financial and budgeting skills
Expert user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Expectations:
The ability to travel 50-60% of the time.
Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
