Responsibilities

service to borrowers, investor contacts, attorneys, auditors and internal partners.

  • Perform critical loan and investor level loan maintenance in the loan servicing system such as payoffs, defeasances, customer auto-debits and investor transfers with strong attention to detail and high accuracy.

  • Manage payment of post-closing fees to attorneys, investors and third parties

  • Review and analyze loan documents to ensure accurate loan data

  • Craft audit responses utilizing business acumen and knowledge to support various departments within the business

  • Assist and coordinate on various projects, including technology-based, data integrity, remediation, and efficiency-enhancing

  • Initiate and support internal reporting and metrics tracking, including tracking project performance and remediation activity.

  • Actively manage and seek resolution for payments held in suspense.

  • Assist in initial and ongoing review of departmental procedures.

  • Assist and coordinate on various projects, including technology-based, data integrity, remediation, and efficiency-enhancing.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in financial services

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Commercial Bank Operations, Loan Servicing, Risk, Compliance or Government Sponsored Entities (GSE) experience
