As a manager of the Services team, you will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and leading a delivery team..

  • Manage to Team and Company OKRs and KPIs.
  • Build and lead the team responsible for implementing monday.com platform for our customers
  • Advise and enable the team on the different components of a project lifecycle, including discovery, execution, roll-out, training, and handover
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Customer Success, Sales, and Partners, to drive efficient and reliable project delivery for our customers.
  • Serve as a coach, mentor, and leader to individuals on the team, while setting expectations on performance based on data, using consistent feedback and transparency.
  • Identify and execute process improvements, policy development, delivery methods, metrics, and tools in support of client delivery.
  • Drive the strategy to onboard, enable, and expand usage and revenue with customers
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of client accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Use data to track performance, forecast services delivered, and create customer insight.
  • Recruit, hire and train new team members.
  • Build programs and initiatives to drive continuous internal process improvement and enable the teams' ability to scale
  • Develop and refine processes for continuous improvement.

Your Experience & Skills
  • Extensive experience in Implementation and Professional Services in SaaS or professional services consulting firms.
  • CRM, Project Management software,, software development management software
  • 10+ years of project management or professional services experience in a client-facing role
  • 5+ years of management experience in Implementation or Professional Services teams
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS implementation, strategy development, project management, and executive stakeholder management
  • Startup experience
  • Ability to successfully navigate complex organizational structures (internal and external), often with highly ambiguous objectives and success criteria
  • A people manager with a proven track record of success managing a team of individual contributors.
  • Process-focused and metrics-driven (desire to instill a process that can scale)
  • Substantial experience in creating Statements of work
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • An amazing team player who can collaborate with many internal and external stakeholders.
