Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming
  • OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to be a “thought partner” with business process owners to understand their needs, then guide them towards solutions
• Experience creating data visualizations and modeling using technologies like T-SQL, Power BI (DAX and M Query), Excel, KQL, Azure (ADF), Python, R, C#, AngularJS, JavaScript
• Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and put forward creative, innovative solutions
• Track record of independently driving issues to resolution and effective in communicating the approach & insights
• Possess a strong work ethic, be self-sufficient, and comfortable working in a complex and fast paced environment
• Ability to balance competing demands for resources and adapt to changing priorities • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts.

Technical Solution Managerfor Network Deployment Operations in NID, you are experienced and comfortable in providing insightful business and data analytics. The candidate will need to be able to apply a breadth of tools that aggregate information from multiple data sources to create a complete business view and translate the data into actionable insights. You will cultivate and create new business insights that support a growing business and result in business optimization.
