• Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/ engineering
  • 6+year's experienceinData Engineering, along withexposure to Supply Chain data management
  • 2+ year's Program Management experience
  • End-to-end Project Management experience
  • Exceptional data analysis/presentation: SQL and Power BI or equivalent experience
  • Formal Software Engineering background and/or Microsoft Power Platform experience is a big plus
  • Excellent problem structuring, identification, and resolution with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding cross-functional project management and inter-personal skills leading to positive organizational change
  • Ability to influence without authority across teams and at senior leadership levels
  • Ability to present and articulate status and results to leadership.

  Preferred:

  • PMP, CSCP, CITAD, and/or Six Sigma certification a plus
  • Strong analytical skills • SQL and Power BI experience, and/or coding experience are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, a passion for strategic thinking and problem solving, and

This will require a proactive leader who can help innovate to support the current changingThe Program Manager role is focused on providing thought leadership for IT Asset Disposition Supplier Relationship Management and Operations.You will work with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and Sourcing to drive the daily business as well as initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close on special projects and pilots for innovation and automation as needed.You will craft recommendations for process improvement and drive the implementation of your recommendations to completion.Commitments for this role include:

• Driving business strategy: Implement and drive business strategies for CCSC specific to reuse and remarketing of DC hardware with an eye towards risk, sustainability, compliance, revenue maximization and operations.
• Channel Development and Operations (CDO). Establish new disposition channels globally that will add more value in terms of reuse,recyclingand revenue generation. Provide operations support for these new channels.
• End to end program and project management (Agile/ Waterfall)
• Program Management fundamentals including reporting and impact analytics
• Insights development: Contribute to initiative idea generation, innovation pilots, and automation projects • Partner with DCs, Engineering teams, and DC I&A PM teams to support business strategy and optimization initiatives
• DriveLow Code/No Code Power Platformdevelopmenttobuildautomatedreporting, monitoring and process management tools and prototypes in support of our simplification, standardization, and automation vision.
