Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience developing and or driving training and certification programs.
- Experience performing technical learning, or working in system Integrators, or consultant roles
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working with a Partner organization (i.e. consulting firms), and an understanding of how Partner organizations operate.
- Experience and proven results building and running training and certification programs based on an understanding of the partner capability and capacity needs that map to Google Cloud business objectives.
- Experience in improving customer experience through analytics and data-driven insights.
- Experience with learning tools and platforms (e.g., Qwiklabs, Intellum, Qualtrics, Google Cloud) with a valid Google Cloud Certification.
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate organizational-wide communications.
