Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in a System Integrators performing technical learning or consultant roles and understanding of the capabilities and services.
- 5 years of experience developing and or driving training and certification programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Learning or a related technical field.
- Experience and proven results building and running training and certification programs based on an understanding of the partner capability and capacity needs that map to Google Cloud business objectives.
- Experience in improving customer experience through analytics and data-driven insights.
- Knowledge in learning tools and platforms including ideally Qwiklabs, Intellum and Qualtrics and Google Cloud with a valid Google Cloud Certification.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate organizational-wide communications.
