WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Program Development & Execution: Be a part of the development and drive implementation of comprehensive sales enablement programs specifically focused on pipeline generation/early sales cycle.
  • Career Development Programming: Create and own (in partnership with Talent Development) training for both early in career Sales professionals as well as Sales role progression for our Business Development team.
  • Training Facilitation: Facilitate global BDR Enablement training and best practice sessions from local webinars to in-person workshops.
  • Performance Analysis/Adoption: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Use insights to refine and enhance enablement strategies and programs to ensure adoption of new practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to align enablement initiatives with pipeline generation objectives. Engage with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Technology Utilization: Manage and drive adoption of the most cutting-edge outreach and sales engagement tools to facilitate impactful pipeline development.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback mechanism with the sales team to continuously improve enablement programs. Adapt to changing market conditions and sales needs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Minimum 5 years Enablement and/or sales training experience
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience
  • Experience building and executing GTM programs specifically focused on pipeline/demand generation.
  • Experience with outreach tools such as Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, Zoominfo, etc
  • Background in Value Selling, MEDDPICC, other sales methodologies
  • A love for creative problem solving in a fast-paced, fluid environment with great potential for growth.
