What You’ll Do
- Program Development and Execution: Collaborate with Sales executives, Product Marketing, RevOps and other stakeholders to create and deliver sales programs that support key sales plays, new product introductions, new sales process and tool adoption, and other motions for the entire Revenue organization.
- Training & Coaching: Develop and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques/skills, sales processes/tools. This also includes training for sales leaders including coaching, sales discipline, and leadership training.
- Performance Analysis: Constant needs assessment and evaluation of effectiveness of learning programs, making adjustments to meet the need of a fast-growing sales force.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to align trainings with business objectives. Engage with cross-functional teams to gather content to base trainings on.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage enablement technologies to enhance learning experiences. Advocate for the adoption of new sales motions, tools and practices.
- Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback mechanism with the sales team to continuously improve learning programs. Adapt to changing market conditions and sales needs.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in sales training, sales enablement, program management.
- Experience with sales skills/methodologies such as value selling, MEDDPICC, transformational leadership, etc.
- Experience developing content for both live and eLearning formats.
- A strong background in relentless prioritization and reporting of actions and outcomes.
- Developed and launched successful learning programming for sales teams.
- Strong coalition-building and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities.
- Technical understanding of cloud security solutions
- Dynamic and engaging presenter with a knack for building trust and inspiring people to learn.
