About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager & Mid-Market Account Executive who will report directly to the Head of Strategic Accounts. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading a team of Sales Representatives while also managing key client relationships, driving a bottom-up sales strategy across individual stores and negotiating at a national level.
This hybrid position requires a strong sales background and the ability to guide sales representatives throughout the entire sales cycle: from store-level engagement to securing master agreements. What You'll Do
What You’ll Need
- Sales Leadership : At least 4+ years of experience in sales or account management, with a proven record of managing/mentoring sales teams and exceeding targets.
- Retail Expertise : Experience working with independent grocery or retail chains, with a strong understanding of bottom-up sales strategies and multi-store engagement.
- Negotiation Skills : Ability to lead complex negotiations and secure favorable terms in high-value deals.
- Communication Skills : Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor pitches to diverse and high-level stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset : Data-driven, with the ability to use insights to inform strategic decisions and assess partner performance.
- Entrepreneurial Attitude: Proactive, self-starter with a strong passion for sales and a drive to exceed growth targets.
- Territorial Knowledge : Proven experience managing a sales territory and building relationships across multiple regions.
- Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM tools, with a track record of effectively managing complex sales pipelines.
