About The Role:

We seek a strategic, results-driven Sales and Operations Manager to propel the growth and performance of our grocery and retail business. In this pivotal role, you will architect and execute comprehensive growth strategies, fostering deep partnerships with strategic merchant partners.Your ability to influence key decision-makers , internally and externally, is crucial to driving exceptional outcomes.

Beyond external relationship management, you will be instrumental in shaping our overall grocery and retail strategy, driving innovation through growth initiatives, new category development, merchant partner acquisition and process optimization.

Your Impact in Role:

• Drive profitable growth that focuses on identifying, acquiring, and nurturing high-value merchant partnerships to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of key merchant partners, ensuring they achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional value.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and deepen partner relationships.
• Conduct in-depth partner analysis to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual success.
• Provide input into defining overall grocery and retail strategy and own aspects of execution across the business. This includes but is not limited to merchant acquisition, product roll outs, initiative ownership, etc.
• Drive the development and implementation of robust analytics to inform critical operational and commercial decisions..
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and partner engineering) to deliver on assigned projects.

The Experience You’ll Bring:

• Proven track record: Customer or client facing experience, ideally in tech, retail, or FMCG.
• Project Management skills: Experience leading and managing end-to-end projects.
• Communication skills: Work closely in a complex stakeholder environment with cross-functional teams to grow your area of business, developing a web of influence across our various operations teams.
