About this Role:

This high-impact role blends strategic initiative leadership with oversight of pricing and agreements functions. You will administer advisor incentive programs, manage a $100M+ working capital loan facility for advisors, and ensure supervisory controls for accurate financial operations. You will also lead select strategic projects that enhance FiNet’s value proposition in the independent advisor marketplace.
In this role, you will:
Administer and manage FiNet incentive programs and working capital loan program
Lead strategic initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and advisor satisfaction
Ensure compliance and accuracy in financial transactions and agreement documentation
Partner with internal stakeholders to implement business strategies
Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and recommend solutions
Develop and maintain supervisory controls and reporting mechanisms
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Multitask effectively across diverse topics—from initiative execution to pricing analysis to conversations with advisors
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs in a dynamic environment
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education)
DesiredQualifications:
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or independent financial advisory practices
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects
Strong understanding of incentive programs and pricing models
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities with senior stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in financial services
Demonstrated ability to shift seamlessly between strategic thinking, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $224000/YR - $308000/YR. In this role, you will:
Manage and develop a Business Growth Strategy team working on developmental strategies for the business within a complex market segment to ensure segment specific growth and achievement of financial objectives
Negotiate and influence executive management of various sales channels to provide focus or additional product or sales training to meet market or segment objectives
Identify new or emerging channels, as well as resources and intermediaries
Develop integrated strategies and programs, executing customer research, and develop execution plans and channel marketing support plans to ensure prompt and effective servicing and processing of new business
Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Business Growth Strategy functional area team to attain specific business growth and financial objectives
Accomplish Business Growth Strategy tasks through managers and consultants
Collaborate and consult with Business Growth Strategy peers, colleagues, consultants, and managers to monitor development of strategic initiatives for business development
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Growth Strategy
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Strong understanding of advisor sourcing, recruiting dynamics, and market segmentation
Exceptional relationship management communication skills with experience working with external vendors
Superior conflict resolution skills.
