Thisposition will be primarily responsible for establishing, developing, managing,and growing HBS Projects business within the assigned accounts across Egypt.You will work with the regional Leadership to set priorities and strategies fornew business opportunities. You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work out of the Costa Mesa location on a hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is sales incentive eligible.

Position Overview
Identify new markets and adjacencies
Determine which opportunities are worth pursuing and which to avoid
Develop new products or solutions
Craft and implement go-to-market strategies
Conduct global market research relating to industry and competitive analyses
Define new product requirements
Support multi-year strategic planning (STRAP)
Enable new BTI (Breakthrough Initiatives)
Support of: Growth Days, Board presentations and Investor Relations decks
You Must Have
Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
Bachelor's degree
Consulting / Strategy Analysis role: 2 to 5 years’ experience leading strategic planning, growth initiative, and operational enhancement engagements with large clients in diverse technology or manufacturing-driven industries.
Exposure in one of key high growth regions (Living and working in HGR for the past 5 years.)
Exposure in corporate setting of a Diversified B2B Multinational Company or Buildings Technology related businesses (i.e. Building Management System, Security and Fire system) is a plus.
Excellent project management skills.
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to identify issues, requirements and opportunities for improvement.
