You will be in charge of investigating and communicating the quality of Meta’s products to engineering, product, design, and other cross-functional partners as reported by internal and external stakeholders. You will own the processes for collecting, generating, and triaging reported quality issues. Additionally, you will partner with product and engineering teams to implement cross-organization/ cross-company process and tooling improvements focused on driving developer efficiency, resolution of issues, and improved product quality.

Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support a VP in the Meta leadership team. The person in this role will need to be a problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, you will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time.

The Product Data Operations team plays a critical role in product development at Meta. The team provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI at the core of all Meta products. The team partners closely with product and provides the human operational rigor required to develop some of the most advanced technology at Meta. As a Project Manager on the PDO team, you are responsible for managing data labeling and annotation programs end-to-end, working cross-functionally to improve existing data labeling and annotation projects, proactively surfacing insights and providing recommendations for product improvement, and actively engaging with colleagues and partners to enhance operational processes across the organization. You will be required to showcase leadership, project management, problem solving, and communication to both internal and external colleagues at scale.
