Your Impact
As an Account Executive - Premium Services for a set of named accounts, you will lead all aspects of the customer account with respect to Cisco Premium Services/Advanced Services and drive the execution of customer facing activities to conclusion in a quality, timely, and accurate manner.
  • Handle service pricing and margins according to agreed upon terms and work with cross functional teams.
  • You will plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving business objectives around Advanced Services
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and lead account plans using all relevant data.
  • Identify customer business issues, challenges, care-abouts
  • You will communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in Telco/Service Providers with proven track record in either direct and channel sales, especially in closing large strategic deals
  • Subject matter expert on Technology & Cross-Architecture solutions/Services and business development mentality
  • Proficient in selling solutions to large customer with a deep understanding of Telco buying cycles

  • Build Influential Relationships
  • Customer Focus:Supporting customers during the sales process; seeking and taking appropriate actions on customer requirements while balancing business needs; resolving difficult issues in a timely and professional manner; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Sales and Consulting Leadership: 5+ years’ experience in leading solutions and application sales, as well as consulting engagements.
  • Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS), CPaaS and SaaS-based technologies, and architectures, including adjacent technologies such as Workforce Management, Quality Management, and AI.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate a compelling vision, particularly in Contact Centre (CX), AI, and Experience Management (CE)
  • Experience collaborating with customers to identify challenges, demonstrate the value of AI, and develop ROI-based use cases

  • Develop and leverage executive distribution relationships to improve Cisco’s influence and leadership across all levels of the partnership.

  • Build, deliver and maintain quarterly business plans together with your Distribution Partner.

  • Facilitate communications and manage the pipeline and deal flow between partner and Cisco sales reps.
  • Manage EOQ/EOY order processing process and be the key contact for order management tactical issues – such as order entry issues for the Distributor.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ sales and channel experience working with a Manufacturer or Partner in the Technology Industry.
  • Understanding of current industry trends in networking, automation, analytics, AI and security.
  • Good working knowledge of Cisco’s portfolio of solutions and market positioning desired.
  • Ability to articulate the value of technology in terms of what it allows customers to do, versus the speeds and feeds of a product.

  • Strong executive presence and financial competence.
