Degree in Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field; Master’s in Health Economics preferred.
2+ years of experience in Health Economics & Market Access (MedTech or Pharma).
Strong knowledge of the Colombian healthcare and reimbursement system.
Analytical skills in economic modeling, budget impact, and policy assessment.
Excellent communication skills; ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
English proficiency: B2 or higher.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales efforts by identifying client needs and aligning tailored digital health value propositions.
• Engage with C-level executives and clinical stakeholders to co-create digital transformation roadmaps.
• Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and lead commercial negotiations with a focus on business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, implementation, regional) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or solution consulting, preferably in healthtech startups, medtech, enterprise tech or consulting companies focused on healthcare (SaaS, digital health, EMR)..
• Proven track record managing complex sales cycles and engaging senior stakeholders in healthcare systems.
• Fluent in Spanish with advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Expertise in value-based selling and translating clinical/operational challenges into digital solutions.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and comfortable in data-driven sales environments.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, capable of working independently in a matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Leadership:

• Act as the Compliance Officer for the SAGRILAFT and PTEE programs in Colombia.
• Oversee due diligence, internal monitoring, and compliance audits.

Training & Communication:

• Lead training sessions for internal teams on relevant compliance topics and ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Corporate Law & Governance:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters.

Business Partnering:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, HR, marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs teams to manage legal risks and support business strategies.

Policy Implementation:

• Ensure internal procedures are aligned with local and international regulatory frameworks and that updates are effectively communicated.

External Representation:

• Serve as a liaison with local regulators, external legal advisors, and other stakeholders as necessary.

Education: Law degree from an accredited university. Specialization or master’s degree in corporate or commercial law is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm and/or multinational company, with a focus on corporate and commercial law.
Compliance Expertise: Practical knowledge or certification in compliance programs (e.g., SAGRILAFT and PTEE) is highly desirable.
Languages: Advanced English proficiency is required (verbal and written).

Responsibilities:

• Develop the Sales Representative role from a comprehensive perspective, combining commercial responsibilities with clinical support.
