As a customer advocate, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our valued customer base. We rely on you to provide outstanding customer service, support, and advice to our clients and help them resolve their technical issues.
You’ll be responsible for engaging our customers with the optimal level of communication, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and building long-term relationships with our current and potential customer base. You’ll also need to be tech savvy and have a strong interest in technology, particularly in the areas of software, hardware, and networks. You must have a good understanding of Expoint’s technology products and services and have the ability to troubleshoot customer problems quickly and efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you should be an effective problem solver who is patient, understanding, and good with people. The ideal candidate will have excellent listening, organizational, and communication skills.
