Minimum Qualifications

  • Become a guide in sales prospecting platforms and tools.

  • Use identified customer challenges to prescribe relevant campaigns and events to drive engagement.

  • Develop outstanding customer service relationships with prospects.

  • Self-audit activity to ensure accuracy and to enable improvement.

  • Proactively learn Salesforce's products, driven products, and market knowledge via the website, online webinars, and other marketing information.

  • Update lead status and all prospect interactions in CRM application daily

  • Become an expert with sales enablement tools.

Who you are...

  • 1‐2 years experience in business development, sales, or related field Experience with lead qualification at all levels within organizations – managers, directors, VPs, and executives. Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).

  • Energy and Creativity. Ability to work in a high-energy, fast‐paced sales environment.

  • You think out-of-the-box and wow people with your exciting angles and quality work.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Design and deploy initiatives on governance, business cycle, council, regional and country boards
  • Plan and coordinateawareness/positioningactivities, like events, forums, etc., alongside Sales and Mktg.
  • Lead initiatives for joint Sales + Ecosystem efforts, e.g., creating joint GTM plans and following up on execution
  • Manage tactical actions that leverage synergies in the new area, e.g., research partners with high but granular penetration and coordinate the alignment of a broader strategy to better leverage their capabilities
  • Identify the need for and deploy processes specific to PS, e.g., partner bid readiness, opportunity management

Coordinating execution

  • Coordinate efforts for the area’s specific needs in matters related to legal, compliance, risk, public affairs, etc., including identifying and engaging with internal and external sources of knowledge and expertise
  • Build relationships and work cross-functionally to align and maintain contact with local Ops areas, in order to facilitate their understanding of and execution according to PS/.Org specific requirements
  • Gain understanding of PS/.Org practices from a business and technical perspective
  • Manage PS-specific assets and processes deployment: capabilities matrix, bid readiness, profitability model, etc.
  • Be the contact point with the Global GPS CoE for alignment on process, best practices, policy and methods; including sharing of success stories in LATAM with the Global GPS community

Skills/Expertise Requirements

  • 15+ years of work experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, staff management
  • Experience in a fast-paced growth company or with enterprise software business models
  • Thoughtful leadership, with track record of advising leadership, influencing stakeholders and functioning as a deputy of senior leaders for execution and follow-up
  • Strong project management track record, having successfully led cross-functional strategic initiatives end to end, working with multiple stakeholders in different functions and establishing rapport to gain trust and alignment
  • Proven abilities to assess and tailor approach to leaders preferred working styles and preference based on observations and feedback
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to translate analysis into easily digestible messages and make succinct executive presentations (verbal/ written) for senior leaders
  • Flexibility and sense of urgency: Ability to adjust on the fly to new demands and resilience in an environment of ambiguity
  • Autonomy and drive: Self-motivated with a highly collaborative style, strong influencing skills, and drive to work in a rapidly changing growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, MBA highly desirable
  • Disposition to travel up to 25% of the time
