As a Developer Commercial Lead, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to engage with and nurture the UK developer community. You will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external developers to create engaging educational materials and facilitate a collaborative dialogue. Your primary goal will be to enhance the developer experience, drive adoption of our products through strategic community engagement, and act as the voice of the developer.
Your day-to-day:
Market scoping & building a strategy: segmentation, sizing the opportunity, and developing a plan to address various opportunities over time
Community building: building the book of Developers and System Integrators, initiating contact and nurturing these relationships
Developing rewards mechanisms to maintain relationships with developers
Community Engagement: community forums, planning, organizing, and participating in virtual and in-person events, including webinars, meetups, and hackathons, to connect with developers and share knowledge.
Developer Support: Regularly update and expand our knowledge base with solutions to common challenges, best practices, and FAQs.
Content Creation: Work with our developer documentation team and subject matter experts to create video and written tutorials to guide developers through the integration process and showcase advanced features.

Proven experience in a developer community management role or a similar position.
Experience with creating technical documentation, tutorials, and other educational materials.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. Experience as a developer is preferred.
Familiarity with key programming languages.

This role, under the guidance of the Director, Consumer Creative Lead (EMEA), will manage the day-to-day delivery of BTL campaigns (incl CRM and .com), while also supporting the rollout of ATLcampaigns acrosskey markets. You’ll support as a key point of contact between global teams, local market leads, creative, marketing, and agency partners – ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget to the highest creative and brand standards and creative integrity. You’ll bring a strong mix of project management rigor and production expertise to optimize campaign delivery across multiple markets and formats.
Campaign & Project Management:
Support the Senior Program Lead with ATL campaign rollouts, including localization, versioning, and production delivery working closely with external agencies.
Manage day-to-day delivery of BTL, CRM, and .com creative projects across EMEA.
Support planning, prioritization, and timelines to ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams.
Work closely with external agencies to maintain detailed trackers, timelines, and workback schedules to keep all stakeholders aligned.
Act as a contact for regional projects with internal creative, marketing teams, and external agency partners.
Coordinate stakeholders across EMEA markets, global teams, and external agencies.
Support in driving campaign approvals, version control, and asset readiness across all regional deliverables.
Production & Creative Operations:
Bring hands-on production expertise to ensure efficient workflows and
accurate asset delivery are being met by external agencies.
Ensure agencies create campaign assets are meeting technical
specifications, platform requirements, and local market needs.
Collaborate with agency account and creative teams to manage creative
reviews, feedback loops, and asset handoffs.
Uphold high standards of quality and brand consistency across all executions.
Manage backend production for digital, print, and CRM assets – including trafficking and QA, ensuring agreed leadership approvals have been adhered to.
Support asset management, usage rights tracking, and agreed archiving processes.
Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in account management, program management, and brand marketing—preferably within a creative agency or a brand environment in the EMEA market
7 years’ experience in integrated project management, creative operations, or production roles – Client side and fintech a plus.
Strong knowledge of BTL and digital channels (CRM, .com, email, print), with experience in ATL campaign delivery (OOH, TV, video).
Solid understanding of all creative disciplines – from concepting and design to production and delivery – with a strong eye for detail and quality.
Confident managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously across markets.
Experienced in working with creative agencies and cross-functional internal teams.
Process-driven with excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar.
Proficient with Figma – able to review creative, track feedback, and coordinate approvals.
Calm, proactive, and collaborative – comfortable working in matrixed, fast-paced environments.
Self-starting, pro-active with a flexible mindset.
