• Prior deep experience building, leading and architecting Drupal applications. Managing and developingCore CMSapplications, application with Web Content Management and content publishing for external facing sites
• Guide technical discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Perform complex Drupal development tasks including custom module development using the Drupal API system and hooks from major Drupal core systems
• Experience defining and scoping a technical solution for large scale Drupal projects
• Experience with workflow tools like Acquia Pipelines or similar CI/CD tools.
• Excellent ability to partner with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring team members.

Skills and attributes

• 4+ years developing Drupal applications. Drupal 8/9/10 experience required. Experience in working on Digital Marketing or Customer Experience projects is an added bonus.
• Experience in Search Engine Optimization and implementing custom search.
• Drupal development estimation and Solution Architecture and Technical architecture experience
• Must have strong analytical and technical skills using PHP and MYSQL.
• PHP, PHP Frameworks like Symfony
• Good experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, React JS, AngularJS, Fluent UI, Knockout JS, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, JSON, jQuery etc.
• MySQL, Git, XML/XSLT
• Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
• Database design, development, and performance tuning using MYSQL database
• Agile development methodology
• Unix/Linux server administration
• Passion for the web, open source development and willing to cross-skill and work in other CMS systems.
• Experience consulting strongly preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities, taking initiative, and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Maintain a positive and constructive outlook, focus on driving results, finding solutions / breakthroughs to solve problems and challenges; has a positive influence on peers.
