Major Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for customer service activities associated with updating,troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairingof highly complex capital equipment at customer sites.

  • Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with service.

  • Assures operational quality of system equipment.

  • Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.

  • May provide assistance to Installation Engineers in resolving problems.

Technical skills:

  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot problems in software and electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical and electro-optical systems to address on site customer problems.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent customer relation and teamwork skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • Languages: Fluent English (Both written and spoken)

  • Bachelor's Level Degree or Technical High School Diploma with some experience

  • Experience in semiconductor, electromedical or complex measurement systems is a plus
