Major Responsibilities include:
Responsible for customer service activities associated with updating,troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairingof highly complex capital equipment at customer sites.
Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with service.
Assures operational quality of system equipment.
Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
May provide assistance to Installation Engineers in resolving problems.
Technical skills:
Ability to understand and troubleshoot problems in software and electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical and electro-optical systems to address on site customer problems.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer relation and teamwork skills
Minimum Qualifications
Languages: Fluent English (Both written and spoken)
Bachelor's Level Degree or Technical High School Diploma with some experience
Experience in semiconductor, electromedical or complex measurement systems is a plus
