What you’ll be doing:
Facilitate the development and execution of keynote assets for the company’s marquee events.
Partner closely with product teams on content development, including slides, talking points, demos, and narrative.
Support alignment of CEO's vision, product strategies, and creative execution.
Provide a single source of truth, translating insights from discussions and documents into clear direction for the creative team.
Collaborate with PR and Marketing teams to ensure keynote messaging aligns with key campaign themes and PR headlines, proactively flagging any inconsistencies.
Develop an understanding of event operations to provide hands-on support, as needed.
What we need to see:
Organized individual with 8 years of experience in executive communications, creative agency, or live-event field, passionate about the tech industry is a bonus
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
World-class project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Ability to collaborate with senior executives and stay cool in fast-paced situations
Able to work independently and follow the process with minimal supervision
Comfortable with change and working in an ever-evolving, virtual team
Willing to travel, as needed
