Azure Databricks is the industry leading Azure 1st party analytics platform - a unified, open platform for building, deploying, sharing, and maintaining enterprise-grade data, analytics, and AI solutions at scale.

You will work closely across cross-functional teams such as busines, marketing, and sales. You will work together with engineering teams to ensure timely launch of products and product enhancements while also working with business teams to drive adoption of these products.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's DegreeAND 8+years experiencein engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+years of experiencemanaging cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 2+ years of experience with data analytics

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities
  • You will own and drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas. You’ll also help in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areas.
  • You will drive the team to define a feature set and execute upon it.
  • You will scale Product Marketing teams by building marketing and roll-out plans, as well as leading the creation of customer support plans. You’ll also take advantage of major opportunities to promote the feature areas you worked on and present at large events.
  • You will guide teams to partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for technical needs in order to improve product development in specific areas. You’ll also coach teams to manage customer communities and build trust with targeted customers.
  • Leads governance programs and processes to ensure that specific performance requirements and standards are met throughout the development lifecycle (e.g., quality, compliance privacy, security, safety, accessibility).
