Required Qualification

5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT).

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to resolve technical blockers and collaborate effectively with engineering teams to troubleshoot and improve product experience.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Analytics Portfolio:
    • Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Data Warehouse, Real-time Intelligence, Power BI, Copilot)
    • Azure Databricks , Azure Data Factory , Azure SQL DB , Cosmos DB , PostgreSQL
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Python , or Java )
  • Experience with one or more Big Data or Analytics technologies: Hadoop , Apache Spark , Hive , Databricks
  • Conceptual understanding of cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, or other SaaS-based platforms)
  • Data engineering experience, including ETL/ELT pipelines , Delta Lakehouse , Unity Catalog , and Data Governance
  • Familiarity with open-source ecosystems (e.g., Apache projects)
  • Basic knowledge of networking , Windows , and Linux

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with a track record of cross-team collaboration
  • Fast learner with adaptability and a team-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities

Language Qualification

  • Korean Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
  • English Language: confident in reading, writing and speaking.

These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Readiness: You lead in building communities with peer delivery roles and share your knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching and mentoring of others.
• You deepen your technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve complex customer issues, through training and readiness.
• Product/Process Improvement: You engage with Microsoft Engineering/ Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects and help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools driving Microsoft product improvements.
