Job Description
Performs a variety of clerical duties related to mailing, sorting, and/or delivering mail. Collects, sorts, and distributes mail and packages. Prepares outgoing mail for pickup. Operates simple office machines related to mailing processes (i.e. envelope sealing machines, postage meters, and letter openers). Documents and records mail activity. Maintains filing systems and departmental records. Performs data entry as directed. Answers routine telephone calls about mail procedures and processes. May perform other clerical duties as needed. May be required to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to safely lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
The function of this position may include performing a variety of clerical duties related to mailing, sorting, and/or delivering mail.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or two years of related experience
- Ability to safely lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds; ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Preferred Skills/Experience

- Knowledge of KTA imaging program, a plus
- Good reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and key entry skills- Ability to collect and organize information

- Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation

- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.15 - $23.27
