US Bank Mail Services Operations Processor pm - United States, Missouri 868899413
Permanent Schedule:2:30 pm – 11:00 pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. (Off days will be Wednesday and Thursday.)
Job Highlights:
- Processing mail that comes in for processing.
- Sort mail several times a day
- Strong Attention detail
- Sitting and standing extended hours (5-6 hrs per day)
- Lifting 10-15lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Can work quickly with little to no direction in a fast-paced environment
- Team player to work to meet strict deadlines
This is a cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups within Operations Services or enterprise wide. Executes a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. Duties may include functions related to transaction processing, data entry, archiving, researching, machine troubleshooting and vendor/client interaction over the phone or email. May have direct contact with third-party vendors and/or external customers. Researches exceptions and escalate issues to management as appropriate. May have the opportunity to recommend and implement developed processing improvements within production. Certain positions will require the ability to move trays and carts of work, stand or sit for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of related work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Basic Mailroom experience highly preferred
- Previous work with handheld scanners.
- Machinery experience

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
